I’m new to yoga but I recently found a hot yoga studio that I really love (Hot Yoga Plus) so I’ve been going most days
for the past two months. I’m shocked by the intensity of the physical and mental changes I feel after just two months of consistent practice. The poses pictured above are nowhere near perfect, but they are two of my favorite to practice right now: chaturanga and side crow. The video shows attempts at one-legged sage pose II and flying pigeon, with a guest appearance by my puppy Ruby!
